Order & Payment
1. How do I order desserts from NutriJoy?
Simply visit our nutrijoyvegan.com, browse the menu, and add your favorite items to the cart. During checkout, choose whether you prefer pickup or delivery.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and online payment options available through our online store.
3. Can I customize my order?
Yes! We offer customization for flavors, sizes, and decorations. For personalized orders, please reach out to us via email or WhatsApp.
4. How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend placing your order at least 5 days in advance to ensure availability and proper preparation time.
Pickup & Delivery
1. What are the pickup options?
Pickup is available on Saturdays and Sundays from either:
- Meridian LRT
- Punggol MRT
Please bring a cooler bag for transport, or let us know if we should arrange one for you.
2. Is delivery available?
Yes, delivery is available 7 days a week.
3. What are the delivery charges?
- Free delivery for orders above $120.
- A delivery fee of $20-$30 applies for orders below $120, depending on your location.
4. Can I change my pickup or delivery option after placing an order?

1. What makes NutriJoy desserts unique?
Our desserts are:
- Made in a Gluten Free facility that handles nuts and sesame.
- Raw and minimally processed to preserve nutrients.
- Made from whole foods like nuts, fruits, and natural sweeteners.
- Free from gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, and refined sugar.
- Crafted using freezing techniques instead of baking at high temperatures.
2. What sweeteners do you use?
We use natural sweeteners like dates, maple syrup, coconut sugar, monk fruit, and stevia to keep our desserts healthy and diabetic-friendly
3. Are NutriJoy desserts suitable for people with allergies?
Our desserts are free from common allergens like gluten, dairy, soy, and eggs. However, we use nuts in most recipes. If you have specific allergies, please highlight them when placing your order, and we will try to accommodate your needs
4. How long can I store NutriJoy desserts?
Desserts can be stored in the refrigerator for 4-5 days.
They can also be frozen for up to 1 month.
For the best experience, allow frozen desserts to defrost in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours before serving.
5. Do the desserts melt easily?
Yes, as our desserts are made using natural ingredients without any chemical stabilizers, they require refrigeration. Please keep them in a cool place during transport and storage.

1. Can I request a flavor that is not on the menu?

2. Can I order smaller portions or mini desserts?

Yes, gift packaging can be arranged upon request. Let us know if you’re ordering for a special occasion.
Storage & Care
1. How should I store my NutriJoy desserts?
Keep them refrigerated to prevent melting.
If not consuming immediately, store in the freezer for long-term freshness.
2. Are there any specific handling instructions?
Yes, desserts need to be:
- Kept cool during transport.
- Defrosted for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator before serving if stored in the freezer.
Policies
1. Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement. Please contact us directly to make changes.
2. Do you offer refunds?
Due to the perishable nature of our desserts, we cannot offer refunds. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to resolve them.
3. What happens if I miss my pickup time?
If you are unable to pick up your order on time, please inform us as soon as possible via WhatsApp. We’ll do our best to arrange an alternate time.
