Refund Policy

1. Non-Refundable Products

  • All our desserts are made fresh to order using premium, natural ingredients. As such, we are unable to offer refunds once the order has been confirmed or delivered.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are only applicable if:
    • The wrong product was delivered.
    • The product was damaged during delivery.
    • There was a mistake in the order that was confirmed by NutriJoy.

3. Requesting a Refund

  • To request a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Provide the following information:
    • Order number.
    • A clear description of the issue.
    • Photos of the product (if applicable) showing the concern.

4. Refund Approval

  • Once we review your case, we will inform you of the refund status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Return Policy

1. No Returns Policy

  • As our desserts are perishable and made to order, we are unable to accept returns once the product has left our premises.

2. Quality Concerns

  • If you believe there is an issue with the quality of your dessert, please reach out to us immediately. We will assess the situation and provide a suitable resolution, which may include:
    • A replacement dessert.
    • A partial or full refund (as per our refund eligibility).

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Window

  • Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Beyond this window, cancellations may not be possible as we start preparing your desserts shortly after receiving the order.

1. Missed Pickup

  • If you miss your scheduled pickup, please inform us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate an alternate arrangement within the same day, subject to availability.

2. Delivery Concerns

  • If your delivery is delayed or the product arrives in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.
